when do end of financial year sales start in australia?

i want to buy some clothes and shoes (especially) for a semi-formal. when do end of financial year sales start?

1. we are into winter clothes at the moment but the spring clothes will be out about june/july so july they start dropping prices of winter. remember easter eggs, they come out in february for april.
